Siwelele FC will welcome Chippa United tomorrow (Friday) at the Dr Rantlai Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein for their Betway Premiership clash. Both teams head into the match eager to recover from recent defeats and gain crucial points.

Recent Form and Log Standings

Siwelele FC enters the fixture after a 2–0 loss to AmaZulu FC, a result that placed them 12th on the league table. Chippa United also suffered a 2–0 defeat to Orlando Pirates, which pushed them to the bottom of the standings. The pressure is mounting on both sides as the league begins to tighten.

Possible Log Movements

If Siwelele secure a victory at home, they could climb as high as 9th position, depending on other match outcomes. A win would provide a significant boost as the club looks to stabilise its season. On the other hand, if Chippa United manage to claim all three points, they could move up from the bottom to 14th place, potentially jumping two spots and easing their early-season pressure.

Team News and Readiness

Siwelele FC spokesperson Moabi Lemeck Mohono said the squad is fully prepared for the encounter, with only one player unavailable. “The only player who is still nursing an injury is Zakhele Lepasa. There are no suspensions, and the players have only one thing in mind: to get the three points on home soil,” said Mohono.
