Kaizer Chiefs will launch their Nedbank Cup Last 32 campaign on Wednesday when they face Stellenbosch FC, with Amakhosi aiming to keep their hopes alive in South Africa’s premier knockout competition.
Chiefs head into the clash boosted by a 1–0 victory over Zesco United in their most recent CAF Confederation Cup match. According to IOL, Chiefs co-coach Khalil Ben Youssef praised his players’ determination and work ethic following the narrow win. “It’s not me, but the players. They promised before the game that they would give everything they had in their legs to win this match, so congratulations to them,” said Youssef, quoted by IOL.
