It is hard to find a young man of just this age with such diverse talents and accomplishments as Katlego Rammusa. Rammusa, 36 years old, is a humble man with a deep love for religion and a passion for books. He has many other interests that make him a well-rounded individual. He tends to excel in everything he undertakes, whether on a personal or professional level, which significantly contributes to his career success and leadership.
Rammusa demonstrated his leadership skills while still at school as a member of the Student Representative Council in 2004 and later as its president in 2005 at Bataung Secondary School in Seolong Village in North West province. It’s no surprise that this young man has become an award-winning and prolific author; he’s currently pursuing a PhD in Theology. Due to his diverse involvement in various aspects of life, Katlego finds it challenging to define his role or job, as he has achieved success in many fields. He is a dynamic motivational speaker, a life strategist, a counselor, an itinerant minister, a public relations specialist, an IT expert, and a notable thought leader who addresses global political issues and current affairs.
Katlego has a special passion for books and writing, which has made him a prolific author and biographer renowned for his thought-provoking literary works that inspire and challenge readers. With an impressive repertoire of eleven published books, including “Born Poor but Rich in Mind,” “Understanding the Purpose for Your Life,” and his latest work, “Motswako: The Beginnings,” Katlego explores diverse subjects and offers unique perspectives in his writings.
In addition to his writing career and passion for motivating others, Katlego Rammusa is a businessman with a particular focus on Information Technology. He holds a National Diploma in Information Technology (Communication Networks) from the Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria. Rammusa is also a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate. These credentials were obtained from Broadband College.
He has received professional recognition for his excellence, including the Institutional Support Award from Tshwane University of Technology for the years 2011 and 2013. He was also nominated for the South African Literary Awards in 2020 and 2023, as well as for the SADC award category at the Botswana Literary Awards in 2024. Additionally, he holds a Leadership Award for 2024 given by Bishop Mogodiri.
Katlego extends his pursuits beyond his primary career as an IT specialist by dedicating his extra time to sports, particularly as a marathon runner. His dedication led him to receive the Cross Country Champions Medal for the year 2024 from the South African National Defence Force (SANDF). In addition to his athletic achievements, he has made numerous appearances in interviews and as a guest on various talk shows broadcasted on prominent radio stations in South Africa and Botswana.
