NGUBENGCUKA IS AMBITIOUS LIKE CAESAR: A comparison between Zamikhaya Maseti and Julius Caesar

By George Tsibani: Blade Nzimande (Image: Polity.org) The comparison between Zamikhaya Maseti and Julius Caesar is apt, as both leaders are driven by ambition and a desire to shape their respective domains. Maseti’s article sounds very positive but highlights Caesarian methodology regarding global efforts by SACP, including the SACP cadres’ economic analysis today through Minister Enoch Godongwana’s MTBPs, read with the RMB October 2025 Report. Corruption and decadence Maseti's critique of the SACP cadres highlights an urgent need for alignment with Left-wing global policies, strategies and plans.  He experts the cadres of SACP not to be found with “self-serving tendencies”, which is reminiscent of the corruption and decadence that Caesar sought to challenge in ...

REGIME CHANGE: The proliferation of fashionable political parties is nothing but a regime change plot

By Fumene George Tsibani: Limkile magwala ndini! It is hardly surprising that the proliferation of black fashionable political parties in South Africa has become a poignant reminder of the erstwhile homeland system, rooted in the reprehensible ideology of swart gevaar. This system necessitated modernisation to maintain the status quo, ensuring the preservation of a dual economy and social Darwinism. SACP lost  both PUK number and Black Box in terms of the Global South political landscape

By Fumene George Tsibani: The South African Communist Party's (SACP) decision to contest the 2026 local government elections independently has sparked intense debate. ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula has strongly criticized this move, labeling it a "monumental disaster" that threatens the unity of the liberation movement.  Mbalula argues that the SACP's decision is ideologically flawed and politically dangerous, as it will fracture the historic tripartite alliance between the ANC, SACP, and COSATU. The SACP has lost not just the PIN number but also the PUK number. It must look for the black box not from Global North but rather from Global South.  The Global South has our revolutionary friends who have both the PUK number and Black Box for our incom...

POLITICS: SACP and some other small parties to be deregistered after missing 31 January deadline

By Thobile Jiwulane The South African Communist Party is among 192 political parties, mostly unknown, that are to be deregistered by the Electoral Commission of South Africa after they failed to confirm their existence to the Commission by the 31 January deadline. Now the parties must make representations to the IEC and state why they did not meet the deadline and why their registration should not be cancelled. They must do so by the 24 March 2025 otherwise their names would be removed from the IEC register of political parties and the SACP features prominently on the list. The SACP, an ally of the ANC, has not been contesting elections since 1994 except when it contested a by-election in Metsimaholo in the Free State on 29 November 2017 to test the electoral waters. The party me...
